POLICIES: Ciita does not share your information with any third parties.   SHIPPING METHOD:  All international orders are shipped from Japan, via EMS (Express Mail Service).   Order processing takes 5 to 10 days, depending on stock availability. Once your order is processed your item(s) will be shipped. Delivery usually takes 1-2 weeks, not including any customs delays. Also note that customers are responsible for all duties and taxes upon delivery. Also, we recommend you insure the item if the purchase is over $100.00 as we hold no responsibility for lost items. If you wish to do so please contact us before purchase.  Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.   Please note that EMS does not deliver to PO boxes.   TRACKING:  All orders are fully traceable on EMS website.
